Glendy Castillo is one of the founders of AGS. Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion to help others, especially with their tax needs, prompted Glendy to start on this AGS journey. This journey began with a dream and now has a solid foundation. Glendy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Saint Joseph in 2020. After graduating, Glendy joined a mid-size firm as a Staff Accountant for a little over three years where she gained valuable experience. Glendy is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Hartford while diligently working towards achieving CPA licensure. Dedicated to professional growth and continuous learning, she is eager to contribute her skills and expertise to her clients' tax needs.
Siva Jaiganesh, CPA, started his career in non-profit work after graduating from the University of Washington, Bothell. He has been a part of the AGS family since its humble beginnings in December 2023, when the company started with a phone call. He earned his CPA in January 2024 and believes that having a friendly approach to tax preparation helps ease the stress for our clients.
Aarya Banskota is one of the founders of AGS and a passionate professional dedicated to making the world of tax easier and more accessible. She graduated with a degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University. Her journey began during her Junior year in college when she stepped into the world of public accounting through a tax internship at a mid-sized firm. Over the years, Aarya completed multiple internships, gaining valuable experience before transitioning to a full-time role in public accounting upon graduation. Today, her goal is simple: to alleviate the stress of tax preparation and help clients focus on what truly matters.
